Healthly Food vs Junk Food

1. ¿What is Healthly Food?
R/. Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods from the four food groups to feel good and maintain your health. Eating well along with being active can also lower your risk of disease and help you reach--and maintain--a healthy weight.

2.¿What is Junk Food?
R/. "Junk food" generally refers to foods that contribute lots of calories but little nutritional value. Of course, what's considered "junk food" depends on whom you ask.

Fruits: lemon, mandarin, orange, cantaloupe, watermelon, coconut, handle, papaya, pineapple, banana.

Vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, comote, carrots, pumpkin, corn, rabano, onion.

Grain: slow, beans, beans, peas, corn, oats, wheat, cereal, macaroni, barley.

Meats: chicken, fish, beef, pork, chop, pork, ground beef, steak, shrimp, ribs.


Drinks: smoothies, sodas, beer, chicha, wine.

Sweets: cakes, ice cream, donuts, yogurt.

Oil: butter, fried, olive oil, vegetable oil, cheese, fried eggs, soybean oil, sunflower oil, grease, jojoba oil.

Trash Food: pizza, hamburger, hot dog, fries, chocolate, melted chicken.
